I am thrilled to say our son Joe Jack was born on Saturday 1st March at 16.58. Delivered by c-section after I went into labour early that morning and because Joe was in a breach position we had to stay and have the operation that afternoon.Altogether I was in surgery about 35 mins and Joe tipped the scales at a slender 5lb 14oz.
In the first 24hrs I reckon Joe slept around 22 of them, is breast feeding ok..
We both came home today, Monday lunchtime so are finding our feet, I will be back and update on our early day once I stop staring at our gorgeous son.
